What happens to the details you give us

This site has one form on it. Everything below is about what that form does with what you type into it. It is written plainly, because you should be able to read all of it before deciding to fill it in.

What we collect

Only what the registration form asks for. There is no account to create, no password, and nothing is collected before you press submit.

  • Your name. So we know who we are speaking to when we call.
  • Your phone number. The main way we reach you. Almost every reply is a WhatsApp message to this number.
  • Your email address. A second route, in case the number does not connect.
  • Your city. Classes run across several time zones, so your city tells us which timetable column is yours.
  • Your school or college. It tells us which syllabus and which term you are on. You can mark yourself a private candidate instead.
  • The course you picked. Which board, level and papers you want to be placed in.
  • Which link brought you here. A short label carried by the link you followed, such as one naming an Instagram post, so we know which posts are worth doing again. It is not an identifier, and it says nothing about you beyond which link you clicked.

The date you registered is saved alongside them, and a short status that records how far along your enrolment is. That is the whole record.

What we use it for

To contact you about the free demo class, and to place you in the right group. That is the only reason it is asked for and the only thing it is used for.

You will not be added to a mailing list and you will not be sent anything you did not ask for. If you register and then decide against the class, tell us and the contact stops.

Who can see it

Hamza Noor and the small team who handle enrolment. Nobody else.

Two services hold the data on our behalf, and neither uses it for anything of its own. Supabase stores the registrations. A transactional email service delivers one notice to Hamza Noor saying that you registered, which is how anyone knows to call you back. Both are ordinary hosted services, and both keep the data on their own servers, which may sit outside your country.

Your details are never sold, rented, traded or passed to an advertiser.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which parts of the page people read. It sets cookies in your browser and reports aggregate numbers: page views, rough location by country, the kind of device you are on. It does not tell us who you are, and it is not joined up with anything you type into the form.

Blocking those cookies, in your browser or with an extension, does not break anything here. The page and the form work either way.

Your browser also keeps two small notes on your device, neither of which identifies you. One is a timestamp written when you register, so the confirmation is still on screen if you reload it. That one clears itself after 24 hours and is never sent anywhere.

The other records which link first brought you to this site, and only if you arrived through a link that carried a label. It clears itself after 90 days, and if you register in that time it is saved along with your details as the answer to "which link brought you here" above. It is kept because the decision to join a class usually takes a few days and more than one visit, and without it we would credit whichever page you happened to be on at the end. Clearing your browsing data removes both notes.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are studying with us, and for a while afterwards so a returning student does not have to start again. If you never take a class, the record is cleared out once it is plainly no longer live.

Removing your details

Message us on WhatsApp or send an email and ask. We will delete what we hold and confirm that it is gone. You can also ask for a copy of it, or ask us to correct something that was typed wrong. There is no form for any of this and no reason has to be given.

Students under 18

Most students here are school age, which is expected. If you are under 18, show this page to a parent or guardian before you register, and give a number they are happy for us to call. A parent can ask us to remove a registration at any time, on the same routes above.

Changes to this page

If what we do with your details changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. There is no archive of old versions, so the page you are reading is always the one in force.

Getting in touch

Any question about this page, or about a record we hold, goes to hamza.noor.pk@gmail.com or to +92 303 2966273. A person answers both.
